The Keough Institute for Irish Studies at the University of Notre Dame seeks a Program Coordinator for Irish Studies, to begin August 22, 2004. The Program
Coordinator's responsibilities include the following: assisting the Director in daily administration, planning and promoting Institute activities, student advising, and some teaching. The successful candidate for the position will have a Ph.D. or the equivalent in a field related to Irish Studies (such as Irish Language and Literature, History, Politics, Anthropology, Musicology, or English) and also demonstrate excellent writing skills and proficiency in administration. Irish language competence would be helpful.
